Website Pricing Decoded: What You're Actually Paying For in 2026 (With Real Prices)
- Website quotes differ because they bundle different things: design, pages, Google setup, growth work, support and ownership.
- AI made building faster, which is why a good site now costs ₹35,000 and not lakhs. You pay for the thinking, getting found and accountability.
- Our prices are fixed and public: Standard ₹35,000, Professional ₹45,000, Premium ₹80,000, Enterprise custom. At about ₹32 a day, a site pays for itself with a handful of customers.
It is 8:30 in the evening and Dr. Farhana has just closed her physiotherapy clinic in Bengaluru. Three website quotations are spread across the reception desk.
The first says ₹12,000, "live in 7 days". The second says ₹45,000. The third, from a big agency, says ₹2.8 lakh.
All three promise "a professional, responsive website". She picks up the cheapest one, puts it down, picks up the most expensive one and frowns. How can the same thing cost twenty times more?
Farhana is a mix of the owners who call us every week with exactly this question. The honest answer is that those three quotes are not for the same thing. Here is how to read them, and what we charge, in plain numbers.
Why website quotes are all over the place
A website is not one product. It is a bundle of decisions, and every quote bundles them differently:
- Design: a ready-made theme with your logo dropped in, or a design made for your business and your customers.
- Pages and features: four simple pages, or booking, payments, product catalogues and customer logins.
- Being found: a site that just exists, or one set up properly for Google, with speed tuning, structured data and analytics.
- Growth work: a one-time build, or months of ongoing SEO and ranking work after launch.
- Support and ownership: who fixes it when something breaks, and whether you actually own your site and your domain.
A ₹12,000 quote usually means a template, very little of the rest, and a lot of questions left unanswered. A ₹2.8 lakh quote may include things a clinic simply does not need yet. Neither is automatically wrong. The mistake is comparing them by the number alone.
The cheap-site trap
Cheap sites are rarely a scam. They are just built to launch, not to last. The trouble shows up a few months later:
- The site is slow on phones, so visitors leave before it loads.
- Nothing is set up for Google, so nobody finds it.
- The freelancer moves on, and no one else can easily change the site.
- The domain or hosting is registered in someone else's name.
- When you want to add bookings or a new service page, you are told it is easier to rebuild.
That is how a ₹12,000 website ends up costing more than a good one: you pay for it twice.
"Can't AI just build it for free?"
Fair question, and we hear it every week. AI website builders can produce a good-looking page in ten minutes. We use AI in our own work every day too.
But a website that looks finished and a website that works are two different things. AI cannot:
- Understand your customers. Why should someone pick your clinic over the one down the road? AI does not know. You do, and we help you say it.
- Write the lines that make a stranger call. Generic text sounds like everyone else. People can feel it.
- Get you found. Search Console, Google Business Profile, structured data, speed tuning. A builder gives you a page and leaves you there.
- Protect you. Is the domain in your name? Is the site backed up and secure? Who notices when the contact form quietly stops working?
- Answer the phone. When something breaks on a Saturday, a chatbot will not fix it. A person who knows your site will.
Here is what AI did change: building got faster. That is exactly why our Standard website is ₹35,000 and not ₹1.5 lakh. You are no longer paying for hours of typing code. You are paying for the thinking, the setup that gets you found, and someone who is accountable for the result.
And honestly, if you are still testing an idea and have no customers yet, a free builder is a perfectly fine place to start. Come to us when you want your website to bring customers, not just exist.
What we charge (no guesswork)
We believe pricing should be public, so here it is. Every plan is a one-time, fixed price, with no hidden costs. Only Enterprise is scoped individually.

| Professional (most popular) | ₹45,000 | Businesses that want to be found on Google |

Standard, ₹35,000: a clean, professional website
- Custom, responsive design (not a recycled theme)
- Core pages: Home, About, Services and Contact
- Mobile-friendly and fast-loading
- Contact form, plus WhatsApp and social links
- Basic performance optimisation
- One round of revisions
Professional, ₹45,000: built to be found on Google
Everything in Standard, plus:
- On-page SEO: meta titles and descriptions for every page
- XML sitemap and robots.txt
- Open Graph tags, so your links look good when shared on WhatsApp and social media
- Basic schema (structured data) so Google understands your business
- Google Search Console and Analytics set up
- Speed and Core Web Vitals tuning
For ₹10,000 more than Standard, this is the difference between having a website and being found with one. That is why most of our clients pick it.
Premium, ₹80,000: a 6-month growth engine
Everything in Professional, plus:
- Advanced speed optimisation
- A 6-month Google ranking campaign focused on page one
- Google Business Profile setup and optimisation (this is what puts you on Google Maps)
- Keyword and competitor research
- Full technical, on-page and off-page SEO
- Social media audit and fixes
- Blog content with light automation
- Monthly ranking and analytics reports
One honest note: nobody can guarantee a number one ranking, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What Premium gives you is six months of focused, measured work towards page one, with a report every month so you can see exactly what is moving.
Enterprise, custom quote: when your website becomes a system
Everything in Premium, plus custom web apps, dashboards and APIs, workflow automation, generative-AI integrations such as chatbots and content tools, and dedicated support. This is for businesses where the website needs to do work: take bookings, sync with your tools, or automate the boring tasks that eat your evenings.
Need just one extra thing?
On Standard, Professional or Premium you can add any custom dynamic page or feature for ₹5,000 each: a database-driven page, an online booking form, a product catalogue section and similar. You pay for what you need, not for a bigger package.
Is it worth it for a small business? Do the maths
Most people compare ₹35,000 with ₹0. Compare it with what the website earns, and with what you already spend.
- Per day: the price is one-time. Spread over three years, ₹35,000 is about ₹32 a day, less than a cup of chai and a samosa.
- Per customer: take Farhana's clinic. One new patient who books five sessions at ₹800 is worth ₹4,000. Nine new patients and the website has paid for itself. Everything after that is profit.
- Against what you already spend: businesses spend lakhs on rent, stock, staff and signboards without blinking, then hesitate over the one asset that works for them 24 hours a day. Ads stop the day you stop paying. A website keeps working.
- The cost of not doing it: every day, someone nearby searches for exactly what you offer, finds your competitor instead, and you never even know they existed.
Just starting out? Start small
Many of the businesses we work with are very small: a founder, a phone and a big idea. You do not need the biggest plan on day one.
Start with Standard. Add a page or feature for ₹5,000 when you actually need it. Move up to Professional or Premium when you are ready for Google to send you customers. What matters on day one is a solid foundation you will never have to throw away.
Which plan is right for you?
- You mostly share your link on WhatsApp and visiting cards: Standard.
- Customers search Google for what you do ("physiotherapist near me", "bakery in Indiranagar"): Professional.
- You have local competitors and want the calls they are getting: Premium.
- You need bookings, portals, automation or AI: Enterprise.
For Farhana, the answer was Professional plus one ₹5,000 add-on for online appointment requests. That comes to ₹50,000 with nothing hidden, and it covers what a clinic actually needs: patients who search for her can find her, trust her and book her.
Questions to ask any web designer (including us)
Before you sign anything, ask:
- Is this a custom design or a template? How many revisions are included?
- Exactly which pages and features are included? Get the list in writing.
- Is Google set up? Meta tags, sitemap, Search Console, Analytics, speed.
- Who owns the domain, the hosting account and the site? It should be you.
- What is not included? Domain, hosting, business email, copywriting and photos are often extra with any vendor. Know upfront.
- What happens after launch? Who fixes things, how fast, and what does it cost?
A good vendor answers all six without hesitating. If a quote cannot survive these questions, it does not matter how cheap it is.

The right question is not "how cheap?"
It is "what will this website do for my business over the next two years?" A site that loads fast, shows up on Google and makes it easy to contact you is not a cost. It is the hardest-working salesperson you will ever hire, and it never takes a day off.
